Reignite Your SPARK

A Women’s Restorative Retreat

with Horses

October 30-31, 2026

Begins 5pm on Friday and goes until 6pm Saturday

Rocky Hill Stables, Linville VA

Maybe you don’t need to become someone new.

Maybe it’s time to come back to yourself.

Reignite Your SPARK is an intimate, restorative retreat created for women who are ready to step away from the noise, responsibilities, and expectations of everyday life and make a little room for themselves.

Through experiences with horses, meaningful conversation, reflection, creativity, good food, connection, and actual time to breathe. We’ll explore what it means to Slow Down, be Present, build Awareness, Reclaimwhat matters, and Kindle what comes next.

No fixing. No pressure to have it all figured out. And no horse experience required.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Friday Evening — Slow Down & Arrive

Come to the farm, settle in, share dinner, meet the horses, connect with the other women, and begin leaving the outside world outside the gate.

Saturday — Reconnect & Reclaim

A full day of Equine-Assisted Learning experiences, reflection, conversation, creative expression, stained glass, good food, rest, and space to explore what may be getting in the way of your SPARK, and what you're ready to reclaim.

We'll close our time together with heavy hors d'oeuvres, handcrafted mocktails, connection, and a fireside gathering.

Good Women. Great Horses. Something Shifts.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING...

Do I need experience with horses?

Not at all. No previous horse experience is necessary. Our experiences with the horses are ground-based and designed to meet you wherever you are, even if you've never been near a horse before.

Are we riding?

No. Riding is not part of the Friday/Saturday retreat. This isn't a horseback-riding retreat—the horses become part of the experience through observation, interaction, connection, and Equine-Assisted Learning.

Is this therapy?

No. Reignite Your SPARK is a restorative personal-development and Equine-Assisted Learning retreat, not psychotherapy. While your facilitators bring professional mental-health and equine experience to the weekend, this is a space for learning, reflection, connection, and renewal.

What should I wear?

Come comfortable! You'll be spending time at a working farm, so casual layers and closed-toe shoes or boots are recommended. October weather in the Shenandoah Valley can change quickly, so layers are your friend.

What if it rains?

We're still SPARKing! HALT has an indoor arena, allowing our horse experiences to continue if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate.

Is lodging included?

Lodging is not included in the $500 registration. There are numerous hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs throughout Harrisonburg and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley. We can provide recommendations for women traveling to the retreat.

What about dietary needs?

We'll ask about food allergies and dietary needs during registration and will work with our caterers to accommodate participants whenever reasonably possible.

What if I'm coming alone?

Please do. You don't need to bring a friend or know anyone before you arrive. Part of the beauty of the weekend is creating space for women to connect authentically with one another.

Two Women. One Mission. Reignite Your SPARK.
